Elysian Flow Inc provides logistics consulting, supply chain optimization, and operational management services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds across our service portfolio.
1. General Refund Terms
Refund eligibility varies by service type. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service date or billing date to contact@elysianflow.co.
Service Commitment: We stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver on our commitments, we will make it right through refunds, service credits, or additional work at no charge.
2. Logistics Consulting Services
2.1 Supply Chain Assessments ($3,500 - $10,000)
- Before assessment begins: Full refund minus $750 scheduling fee
- During assessment phase: Refund for incomplete deliverables only
- After report delivery: No refund, but we offer revision rounds
- Dissatisfaction with recommendations: One free follow-up consultation
2.2 Route Optimization Projects ($1,500 - $8,000)
- Cancellation before data analysis: Full refund minus $500
- After analysis begins: Refund for incomplete phases only
- Implementation support: Refundable on a pro-rata basis
3. Ongoing Advisory Services
3.1 Monthly Retainers ($2,500 - $7,500/month)
- First 30 days: Full refund if not satisfied with service quality
- Cancellation notice: 30 days required after first month
- Unused retainer hours: Non-refundable but can roll over one month
- Mid-month cancellation: Pro-rated refund for unused portion
3.2 Strategic Partnerships ($10,000+ quarterly)
- Minimum term: 6 months (no refunds during term)
- After minimum term: 90 days' notice for cancellation
- Quarterly prepayment: Refund for unused full months minus 10%
4. Implementation Services
4.1 Warehouse Management System Setup
- Before implementation: 80% refund of project fee
- During implementation: Refund based on milestone completion
- After go-live: No refund (30-day warranty period for defects)
4.2 Process Automation Projects
- Discovery phase: Non-refundable ($2,000-$5,000)
- Development phase: Refund for incomplete work only
- Post-deployment: 60-day warranty covers rework at no charge
5. Training and Workshops
5.1 On-Site Training ($2,000 - $5,000 per day)
- 14+ days before training: Full refund
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Travel expenses: Non-refundable if already incurred
5.2 Virtual Workshops
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund
- Less than 48 hours: Credit toward future workshop
- Recorded sessions: Non-refundable once access is provided
6. Technology Solutions
6.1 Software Subscriptions
- First 30 days: Full refund minus setup fees
- Monthly billing: Cancel anytime, no refund for current month
- Annual contracts: Pro-rated refund for unused months minus 15%
6.2 Custom Software Development
- Before development starts: 90% refund
- Milestone-based billing: Refund for incomplete milestones
- Completed software: No refund, but warranty covers defects
7. Network Optimization Services
7.1 Carrier Contract Negotiation
- Success-based fees: Refunded if savings targets not met
- Flat-fee projects: 50% refund if negotiations unsuccessful
- After contracts signed: Non-refundable
7.2 3PL Selection and Management
- Selection phase: Refundable if no suitable partner found
- Ongoing management: 30 days' notice to cancel, pro-rated refund
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed analysis, reports, and deliverables
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Travel and accommodation expenses
- Data acquisition and research costs
- Onboarding and integration fees
9. Performance Guarantees
For certain services, we offer performance-based refunds:
- Cost reduction projects: Refund if stated savings not achieved within 90 days
- Efficiency improvements: Refund if KPIs don't improve by agreed percentage
- Implementation timelines: Partial refund for delays beyond our control
10. Service Credits
We often offer service credits as an alternative to refunds:
- Credits never expire
- Can be applied to any Elysian Flow service
- May be offered at 110-125% of refund value
- Transferable within your organization
11. Refund Request Process
11.1 How to Request

- Include invoice/project number and detailed explanation
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable
- We'll respond within 3 business days
11.2 Processing Timeline
- Review period: 3-5 business days
- Approval to refund: 5-7 business days
- Total timeline: 10-14 business days typically
12. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Request escalation to senior management
- Provide additional supporting information
- We'll conduct a secondary review within 5 business days
- Executive team decision is final
13. Policy Updates
Elysian Flow reserves the right to update this policy. Active clients will receive 30 days' notice of material changes.
